We got hit with a huge winter storm on Tuesday night that left 15" of snow along with 30-40mph winds. We have been shoveling snow and digging out driveways, some with 3ft drifts. School has been out all week and I couldn't work Tuesday or Wednesday which was fun, but now it's just a big white mess.

haha we’re starting to get the aftermath of that here in utah. i finally got to wear my new boots that are pictured in blog! and by the way... yes payless has those adorable cute shoes but Manolo's ... they are like sleeping in Egyptian cotton sheets... they are amazing and you feel so freaking beautiful when they are on your feet. *sigh* I would take Manolo's any day over the other things you listed, haha.
Reminds me of the good old days in Idaho. As we often refer back to those days remembering that we couldn't possibly get to church, but could walk backwards with our backs to the blowing snow to get over to Pecks for a party!!
Holy cow, I can remember some winters like that in Idaho. We dug out snow tunnels in our yard. You know the snow is deep when you can dig tunnels. Good luck with this one, hope you have a tractor handy with a plow on front, that would make it worth it.

I think you guys got more snow in one storm than we've had all winter. Unfortunately though we still have snow on the ground from November.
Winter does suck! I'm ready for sunshine. On a much more important note.....Kim-did you watch Grey's last night? I'm dying! It was soooo good! Merideth can't die--the show would be over then!

Nalani- I was dying last night. I was yelling she can't die!! Michael looked at me like I had "finally" lost my mind. But...she really can't. She is Merideth Grey and she has McDreamy!!!!!!
